Tariffs and Bookings

2012 Weekly rates (Saturday – Saturday)

Deposit
A deposit of £70 is payable at the time of booking.
Balance payment
The balance, including supplements if applicable, is payable 8 weeks before arrival, or at the time of booking if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks ahead.
Short Breaks
Short breaks of less than a whole week may be booked at the following rates:
3 nights 70% of the weekly rate
4 nights 80%
5 nights 90%
These percentages also apply to the dog, horse and heating supplements.
Short break bookings may only be made a maximum of 4 weeks before the date of arrival and must be paid in full by cheque by the following day’s post after booking.
We will send you:
- A receipt for your payments.
- Arrival and departure times.
Cancellation of booking
If you cancel your booking after payment of the balance a proportion of the balance will be refunded to you as follows:
- More than 6 weeks before arrival date: 60% of the balance will be refunded.
- 4 – 6 weeks before arrival: 40% of the balance will be refunded.
- Less than 4 weeks before arrival: no refund.
Supplements will be refunded.
Because of administration costs already incurred we regret that deposits cannot be refunded.

Dogs
- Dog owners must ensure that their dogs are parasite and flea free. Failure to do so will incur charges.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when within Holewell yard. This is because we have free range poultry and a cat.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the cottages at any time.
- Dogs must not be permitted to lie on beds or furniture.
- Dog hair shed in the cottages must be cleaned up before departure.
Horses
- We have space to park a horse trailer and fields to turn horses out.
- A stable may be available, but please telephone to enquire.
